Tuition Questions Families Often Ask
A $500 enrollment deposit is required at the time of enrollment. This non-refundable deposit is applied to the tuition and is already included in the total tuition cost.
Families may choose from three payment plans: monthly (March–February), semi-annual (March & August), or a one-time payment in full. All billing is processed through FACTS Tuition Management, and families must create or update an account each year.
Monthly payments are due on either the 1st or 15th of each month. Semi-annual installments are due March 1 and August 1. Families who pay in full must submit payment in March.
Tuition will be prorated based on the student’s start date, and families will work directly with the Business Office to finalize the adjusted payment schedule. You can reach the Business Office at (512) 465-8331.
Tuition adjustments are made carefully to reflect rising costs and to ensure teacher salaries and staffing remain competitive. Future increases are expected to be modest.
